Q1: Why is my tracking information not updating?
Don’t panic! After we hand your package to the courier, it can take 24-48 hours for them to scan it and update the online system. If your status has been frozen for several days, it might just be a customs delay. Check our Shipping & Delivery policy for normal transit times.
Q2: How long does shipping usually take?
For most European and other destinations, delivery takes about 7 to 15 business days. Good things are worth the wait!
Q3: The status says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?
