• Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

• Weekend Policy: To ensure the highest quality control and align with our courier partners, our fulfillment centers operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.

We utilize prioritized air freight and partner with top-tier global couriers like DHL, DPD, UPS, and FedEx. To ensure you receive your premium disposable vapes as quickly as possible, your order will be strategically routed from either our localized European Fulfillment Centers or our highly efficient China Warehouses, depending on stock availability and your exact location.

• 🇪🇺 EU Warehouse Dispatch (Lightning-Fast): Good news for our European customers! If your selected items are in stock at our local EU facility, you will enjoy fast regional shipping. Transit time is typically just 3 to 5 business days, with absolutely zero customs delays.

• 🌏 Global Warehouse Dispatch: For products shipped directly from our manufacturing hub to ensure the freshest batch, or for non-EU destinations, we use expedited air freight. Transit time typically ranges from 7 to 15 business days.

• 📡 Real-Time Tracking: No matter the origin, both dispatch routes provide complete peace of mind. As soon as your package leaves our hands, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your “vape mail” every step of the way via our Order Tracking page.

We keep things transparent. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order, your destination, and the shipping method selected. No surprise charges, ever.

We know that international customs can be stressful. That’s why we take the headache away! We proudly offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for the majority of our orders. This means we pre-pay all customs duties and import taxes for you. You simply receive your package like a local delivery.

Our DDP coverage zones include:

• The European Union (excluding Switzerland and Norway)

• United States & Canada

• Australia & Japan

For other global destinations, we will still apply DDP terms wherever possible. On the rare occasion that local customs require additional duties that we cannot pre-pay, our support team will notify you before your order ships so you can make an informed decision.

If your parcel is lost, delayed for an unusual period, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

To help us investigate quickly, please include:

• Photos of the outer packaging

• Photos of any damaged items

• A short description of the issue

We will open a case with the carrier and keep you updated throughout the process. Please keep all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution in line with our Returns & Refunds policy.
